DOWK ships worldwide! All orders are shipped via Australia post and costs are calculated at checkout. Please allow approximately 1 week for shipping within Australia and 2-3 weeks for international shipping. Shipping costs do not include any VAT/Duties or other fees charged by your destination upon its arrival.

If you’ve made a mistake, mixed up your measurements and your order doesn't fit, don’t worry. I can still fix it, but you will be charged for alterations and shipping costs.

If I’ve made an error, I offer free alterations and cover shipping up to $30aud. Let me know within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s a problem by emailing contact@dowk.com.au

You will have 30 days to return your order for alterations should you be eligible.
